This book can be read on two different levels. First, it may be read by students, research graduates, research scholars and people into research this area, to get the basic idea of using machine learning and data mining techniques, and for a through approach and a proposed algorithms to a systematic approach. Throughout, the book has been written with this audience in mind. At times, the data presented might seem overwhelming: busy schemes with multiple structures.

The second group of readers will be represented by professionals from the IT industry, academia, and government agencies, as well as consumer protection and advocacy groups. I do not expect everybody in the scientific community to agree with the content and ideas put forth in this book.
